Vaping Prevention Poster Contest Entry Form

  • HOSA Students: We Need Your Help!

    CATCH My Breath is the nation’s first-and-only evidence-based vaping prevention program for youth in grades 5-12. As a finalist for this year’s HOSA National Service Project, we’re asking HOSA student members to help us design a vaping prevention poster that can be used to support the CATCH My Breath program.

    Poster designs should fit the eligibility and specification requirements given below. Submissions are due on Friday, June 19th by 5 p.m. PST.

    Three winners will be announced at the Virtual HOSA ILC on June 25th, and CATCH My Breath, in partnership with a generous advocate, will be awarding the following prizes

    • First Place - $250
    • Second Place - $150
    • Third Place - $100

    Winning poster designs will be used on the CATCH My Breath website, social media platforms, and in some print materials. Artist credit will be given to the designer.

    Eligibility & Specifications: This contest is open to any HOSA Student Member in Grades 5-12. Poster designs must be 11” x 17” and final designs must be submitted in .jpeg, .png, or .pdf formats. Files must not exceed 50MB. Submission details are at the end of this form.
