Amy Feltz graduated with honors from North Central College with a B.A. in Exercise Science and minors in psychology and wellness. She was actively involved on campus as a student athlete competing on the women’s swim and triathlon teams. After previously working in the mainstream fitness industry as a coach and personal trainer, her passion for promoting healthy lifestyles in youth led to her involvement with CATCH. Amy strongly believes that physical activity is invaluable at a young age and can lead to lasting health benefits throughout one’s life.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, relaxing with her dog, and baking a variety of yummy treats.
