Healthy Communities Fund and Mini Grants

The Partnership for Better Health provides funding for grants and initiatives that improve individual health status and community health capacity through the use of evidence-based strategies and best practices. Only 501c3 organizations are eligible for grants with the exception of school districts which may apply for mini-grants. Organizations must provide services that benefit residents of Perry County, Western and Central Cumberland County, Northern Adams County and Greater Shippensburg. Healthy Communities Fund: $10,000-$100,000 grants for organizations and projects that support decisions, conditions, policies, and systems that enable people to live healthier lives in their schools, workplaces, homes, and neighborhoods. Mini Grants: $1,000-$5,000 for discrete programs in schools or the community, meeting or training expenses, or response to a community health emergency that fit within the Partnership’s Broad Framework. Deadline dates: August 1, December 1, March 1
