Health Equity Impact Grants

Kansas Health Foundation envisions a culture in which every Kansan can make healthy choices where they live, work and play. The purpose of the health equity program area is to reduce health disparities related to social and economic factors by focusing support on efforts related to: Increasing access to healthcare; Decreasing tobacco use; Increasing physical activity; and Increasing healthy food access. This initiative provides grants up to $25,000 for Kansas nonprofits and is open through September 15, 2017, or until all 2017 funds are awarded.
