In the tradition of the Mt. Sinai Medical Center, the Foundation is committed to improving the health of Greater Cleveland’s most vulnerable individuals and families. The Foundation seeks to support especially those projects focusing on health promotion and disease prevention that have the potential to access large populations through existing community infrastructure. Of particular interest are proposals in the areas of health-related early childhood development and health-related aging. Organizations must be classified as 501(c)(3) tax-exempt by the Internal Revenue Service. Proposals due January 2, April 1, July 1 & October 1.
