Building a Culture of Health in New Jersey – Communities Moving to Action

December 9, 2015

NJHI: Building a Culture of Health in New Jersey – Communities Moving to Action, Round 2 will advance the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s vision to build a Culture of Health by supporting up to 10 multi-sector, community-focused coalitions across New Jersey to participate in this four-year initiative and join the 10 communities funded in 2015 to address the multiple factors that influence health: health behaviors, social and economic factors, clinical care, and the physical environment. This initiative will support these communities to make sustainable systems changes and policy-oriented, long-term solutions for healthier living. The coalitions selected under this round of the initiative will join the 10 coalitions funded in 2015, representing Atlantic City, Camden, Elizabeth, Irvington, Jersey City, Morristown, Newark, Orange, Salem County, and Trenton, to expand the learning and action network focused on building healthier communities in New Jersey.
