CARES Act Provides Tax Deductions to Donors in 2020

December 8, 2020

Did you know that you can help CATCH Keep Kids Well During COVID this holiday season and receive a tax deduction for your contribution?

In 2020, as part of the pandemic-relief CARES Act, the federal government will allow individual taxpayers to deduct up to $300 for charitable contributions made during the calendar year.

This applies equally to taxpayers who itemize their returns and take the standard deduction, and it is a special exception that the IRS is making for 2020.

Don’t miss your opportunity to help CATCH Keep Kids Well During COVID and get a tax break! Consider a donation today to our holiday campaign
