Provides in-depth and specialized information in the component areas. Component specific sessions deliver extensive hands-on training in the use of the CATCH Materials.

Instruction in the use of various evaluation tools schools can use to assess program implementation and effectiveness. Measurement tools include surveys, SOFIT observations, and the School Health Index.
Overview of the CATCH Rec and/or CATCH Kids Club Programs, which blend a variety of interactive techniques that both teach and demonstrate strategies for effective implementation.
